Scoliosis brace liner styles, compared

Every style is knitted on the same circular machines from the same yarn sources, and graded on the same size chart. What changes is the neckline, the sleeve and whether there are axilla flaps. All five can be mixed in one order.

What every style shares

  • Seamless circular knit — knitted in the round, so there is no side seam running down the ribcage.
  • Designed for wear under a brace — cut to sit smooth against the skin under a brace shell, without bulk.
  • Stretch knit construction — built to follow the torso and return to shape after wear and washing.
  • Moisture-moving yarns — a dry-touch polyester option and a cotton option, so you can choose by climate.
  • Flat, low-bulk edges at the neckline, armhole and hem where they touch the brace.
  • Machine washable — care conditions confirmed per fabric on the spec sheet.
  • Your label, your packaging — woven or printed neck label, size label and polybag from 200 pcs.

No prices are published. Everything is quoted per order against your style mix, fabric option, size split and packing. Request a quote and you get a written quote, a spec sheet and a lead time in one business day.

Specifications by style

We publish only what we can confirm in writing. Where a figure is still being confirmed with the mill, the table says so instead of guessing.

Building a private-label range in the US?

We quote per style against your size split and packing, and send the fabric options with the sample set. If your market needs the fibre content and care wording on the label in a specific format, tell us in the first email and it goes into the spec sheet.

Supplying workshops in Germany or northern Europe?

The sleeved version and the heavier knit weight tend to be what workshops ask for first. Mixed style and mixed size orders are normal for us. German-language labelling can be quoted on request.
